Word toolbars

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

The standard toolbar sometimes disappears, even though it is checked in the "customize toolbars and menus" panel. The only way to get it back is to reselect "customize toolbars and menus". What is happening here?

I believe that is a bug. If it's the one I am thinking of, it will be fixed
in the next update.
