Word top margin won't allow change

I opened a new Word 2002 document and the top margin is at the very top edge
of the "paper" and won't reset. Page Set Up shows the margin at 1" but it
isn't. Tried settingn it to 2" with no change. It appears the default set up
has changed.

Thanks so much. That was exactly what happened although I don't know how. I
couldn't have done it, oh no, not me (grin).

An ill-timed mouse click is all too easy. Word 12 will change this, I
suspect.
