Word tracking feature

Hi

i have some questions about word tracking feature

1. on what user the tracking are written ? i mean on the windows login based
user ?
or just the authore settings in word ?

2. if i enabled the tracking of my document and passed it to other users can
one of
them disable it ?

3. does other users other than me "the main auther" have the ability to
accept or
reject changes ?

4. if the auther doesnt depend on the current windows loged user can it be
set by
code like VB.NET from an application ?
