word trying to access the internet

Hello,

I have Word 2002 SP3 and the Panda Titanium antivirus.

A few days ago, Panda started flashing a message that whenever I try
pasting text from the web, "Word has been modified and is trying to
access the internet."

It then asks me if I want to deny the connection. I always do. It will
ask the same thing several more times, usually waiting 2-3 seconds
between and then finally paste the text in.

Has some malicious code been inserted into the program and would
anyone know how to remove it?
Or is this some feature of Word that can be turned off?

I thought I would check here before contacting Panda. But I paste alot
of quotes for study and this is slowing the work process down
considerably.....

When pasting into Word, try using Edit | Paste Special | Paste as:
Unformatted text.
