Word unable to open

I am running XP with Microsoft Office 2000 and Word 2000. I am unable to open
Word either from a shortcut or using Winword.exe Everytime I try to open it
it comes up with a Microsoft error Send report or Don't Send. I have sent 4
reports so far.
I have De-Installed Word and re-installed but this has not worked. I have
also tried the repair andc re-configure program with XP but this hasn't
worked either

I've run out of ideas, can anyone help me....
