Word v.X loss of Tools/Envelopes

Hi

In December I posted a request for advice about the loss of the Envelopes
facility under Tools. Thanks to all who replied even though the problem
stumped everyone.

By chance a consultant was assisting with another problem and he noted that
pictures were not printing on an envelope but could not resolve the problem
any further.

I have chanced on the fact that I had deselected Print Drawings in Word
preferences. The envelope address is contained in a text box which is a
drawing feature. Bingo - problem solved.
