word vba + xml + a.i. + brainfiles for Archbot open source project

Can you build a small word template for me?
How can I transform a "keyword and sentence" in Word VBA ( like this text of
"keyword and sentence" into xml like this below) ?

--------------------

Rate, We will be disappointed if our rate does not exceed that of the
average large American corporation.

--- into ------------>

<transition ID='2' toID='0' fromID='0'>
<templates>
<template rank='5'>*RATE*</template>
</templates>

<responses>
<response gender='' animation='Blink'>We will be disappointed if
our rate does not exceed that of the average large American
corporation.</response>
</responses>

<script>
</script>
</transition>

---------------------

I ask because I am trying to modify an opensource project called Archbot by
Greg Binning. Personally, I am looking for someone who can build a
"txt2xmlbrainfile.exe" utility for the Archbot open source project.
http://home.bellsouth.net/p/s/community.dll?ep=16&groupid=64066&ck=

Why is such an open source utility important? Take a look at the bbf.xml
brainfile, after you download and install the setup1.exe to
"c:\archbot\brainfiles" That was edited manually to produce over 200
responses. A solid "text2xmlbrainfile.exe" utility would take a large
document like this ( http://www.frips.com/bbf.htm ) and generate over 2000
transition
responses. A solid "text2xmlbrainfile.exe" utility would accelerate the use
of Mr. Greg Binning's Archbot A.I. architecture. Keeping it open source like
the Archbot architecture would allow others to add more features. ( ideally,
vb or vba code that will turn a large text file of paragraphs and sentences
into a xml file that looks like the brainfile.xml transition nodes
in this project. )

What is the Archbot A.I. project? Have you ever seen software that looks and
talks like Warren Buffett? Kindly take a look at this new Open Source A.I.
Software for Windows XP that provides simulated smart investor responses
about sensible investing. The avatar looks like Warren Buffett. Greg Binning
and I have combined his open sourced vb code and my MBA investing workbook
into a free software application called Archbot.

Archbot A.I. open source software combined with xml brainfiles, including
support and source code are in one big 30 MB download here:
http://www.frips.com/setup1.exe
Test it on a pc running Windows XP before you run a story on this project.
If it runs well for you, then you may wish to join our efforts and help
expand the field of A.I. http://www.pr.com/press-release/42946

We welcome comments and volunteers who are motivated to enhance and make
this free project even better. Keep in mind that this is still an early
"proof of concept." The only multi-option interaction thus far is when you
ask the Warren avatar to "teach me". Then it prompts you to choose one of
the 4 investing filters. The avatar does respond to questions written in
English, mainly by keying in on a keyword. As time goes by, we would like to
expand the xml brainfile to provide more layers of interactions. Ideally,
the bbf.xml brainfile will eventually encompass most of Buffett's key ideas
around the domain of sensible investing from this text:
http://www.frips.com/bbf.htm

Thanks for reviewing this open project,
