I use the word viewer on a few hundred XP Pro machines. There are a handful
where it won't open. I get a popup saying
"WORDVIEW.EXE - Application Error : The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application."
It happens if I try and open any word document, or just the viewer itself.
If I make the user an administrator, it works. As soon as I take them out of
the admin group, the problem is back. Is there some folder, file, or
registry hive that the user needs permission to?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matthew
