Word will not access Outlook's contacts when printing envelopes

Recently upgraded to 2003 SP3 and I can no longer print envelopes in word
using outlook's contacts. I used to be able to click:
Tools -> Letters and Mailings -> Envelopes and Labels
Then click the "Insert Adress" icon. Then the "Select Name" window would
pop-up with a pull-down-list field called "Show names from the:". That box
would list CONTACTS as a choice giving me access to all my contacts within
Outlook.

Now it is gone. Once in a while I can select Outlook from a properties list
but, still no contacts.

Any Ideas????

In Outlook if you right-click your Contacts folder and select Properties, on
the "Outlook Address Book" tab is "Show this folder as an email address
book" selected? If not, select it and see if it's now available in Word.
Note you may need to exit and restart Word before it displays.
