Word will not open

Help ... my word will not open and says preparing to
install and then configuring and then finally, THE FEATURE
YOU ARE TRYING TO USE IS ON A CD ROM INSERT MICROSOFT WORD
2000 DISK AND CLICK OK

The problem is: we lost our disks in a house fire. Is
there any download or patch I can download to fix this or
any program to run to find out what I'm missing?

We had spy ware accidentally put on our computer by our
child and when we got rid of it this WORD problem occurred.

Anybody that can help would be GREATLY appreciated
