Word will not print correctly

Mitch S.

I have one user on our network who repeatedly can not print the entire page. It looks a white overlay box is over the text because it just cuts off the bottom half of the words in the last visible line. This affects approximately the lower 25 - 30% of the page. When other users on the network view the same file, they have no problems. I have went through all the options I can think of and have even reinstalled Word. The problem shows up in print preview before it is ever sent to the printer. Other users on the network can open the same doc and print with no trouble. I have also changed the font several times. The problem is completely random but seems to happen often and I can find no difference between the files that will and will not print correctly.
If anyone has any ideas I would very much appreciate them.
Thanks
Mitch S

Hi,

I'm not that technical, but is it just one user's machine? If so,
could it be some local printer drivers on that client that are causing
the problem?

Just a thought.

Cheers,

Mike
