Word will not run

Hello all,
If I am addressing the wrong group, I apologize. Hoping someone might have
an answer.
Have Microsoft Office 2000 Pro. All of a sudden this eveing, it will not run.
Getting error message asking if I would like to send an error report to MS.
Any ideas? All other are working, Excel, Access etc...
Needed a copy of a resume tonight, can't get. Check the MS website, not much
Would appreciate if anyone has any ideas.
