Steve...Try to get a copy of Microsoft Office 2000/Visual Basic:
Programmer's Guide (Microsoft Professional Editions) by David Shank, Mark
Roberts and Tamra Myers. It has an excellent description of building a
complete Wizard. I used to have a copy, but my previous employer wanted it
back when I left the company (how very unreasonable!). Unfortunately, it is
out of print, but used copies are available: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...&s=books&vi=customer-reviews&me=ATVPDKIKX0DER
