When I open attachments in Outlook 2007, multiple windows open and cannot be
closed until you close the actual e-mail. Then when I re-open the
attachment, it pulls up normally without additional windows. Also, when I
close out of e-mails, a Word document (blue screen ) remains open and to get
rid of it, I either have to close Outlook all together or click on the
outlook tab on my desktop, right clock on word and close.
I've reviewed all the settings I can think of and can't make this go away.
It didn't happen in my last version. I've check for updates and I am up to
date. Any ideas?
