When I open a document with a lot of microsoft equations
inserted from eqn. editor, I will not be able to see these
equations displayed on my screen (just see a grey box)
unless I double click the equation. When I double click
the equation, all the equations on that page become
displayed; however, the equations on other pages are not
displayed. Even if I open them all up, the next time I
open the document, I can't see the equations again. How
can I get Word to display all of my equations without
having to open them all up?
