I am having a very strange problem where Word will not fill the computer
screen. It is maximized, however, the top of the Word Window is about 3/4 of
an inch below the top edge of my viewable screen. At the bottm, the bottom
3/4 of an inch is behind (below the top of) the task bar. It's as if the Top
Left Anchor for the window is at (0, 100). Since it is maximized, I cannot
move/drag the window (unless i click to restore, and manually adjust the
window size. But if i click Maximize, it returns).
I have Office 2003 installed, and have run the latest updates and service
packs. I have all the office components installed, including Front Page and
Visio, and the only two programs i have this problem with are Word and
Picture Manager. (I use Word as my e-mail editor, os of course when i type
an email, the same problem. Excel, acces, Power Point, Outlook...etc... all
fill the screen as normal).
Any suggestions?
