Word won't open except in Safe Mode

I have tried to repair and detect, uninstall and reinstall Word 2003 but it
will not open. The other apps open just fine. Any suggestions? It will only
open in Safe Mode. Please help.

When that happens, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Corrupted normal.dot. Delete or rename your normal.dot.

2. Misbehaving add-in. Remove add-ins to see if the problem goes away.

3. Corrupted Data key in the registry. Delete or rename the data key, as
discussed here:

In Word 2003, the data key is here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word

Also a corrupt or incompatible printer driver may cause this too.
