Word won't open screen shots pasted into documents.

My Word 2003 program will no longer open the screen shots pasted into Word
documents. It used to do this just fine, then it stopped. I've run repair,
and then also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but that
didn't help. The files in question work perfectly well on another PC, so I
know they're good. Both Windows XP and Office Pro are at SP2. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
