WORD won't open

When I try to open WORD I get an error message "WINWORD
HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN DEC21D.DLL" WINWORD WILL NOW
CLOSE, IF THIS CONTINUES TRY RESTARTING YOUR COMPUTER.
Restarting does not help. I'm running Windows ME on a
Dell Computer. How do I repair this problem?

Search for DEC21D.DLL and find out what it is (look at the Version tab of
its Properties). It might be a printer driver, for example, in which case
you would need to reinstall the printer.
