When booting my system a message appears that says:
Microsoft word must be installed to run. Please run setup
from the location where you originally installed the
application.
I have attempted to reinstall the application to no avail.
I also tried to uninstall works and get the message that I
need a file wks2000.msi that is not located on my computer
or on any disks, If I attempt to view a file through my
documents folder, the windows installer screen appears and
says : This file does not have a program associated with
it for performing this action, create an association in
the folder options control panel. ????????
I have a Dell 4100 with windows me since September 2000
with no problems until now. Works was loaded on the
computer at delivery.
If anyone can help. I would appreciate it.
Thanks
