Word won't start ONLY when replying to email @yahoo.com

When I try to reply to email when the sender's address ends with "@yahoo.com"
the PC just locks up and the CPU usage goes to 100%. I am using Word to edit
email, using Office 2000 and XP Pro. I tried deleting Winword.exe and
reinstalling Office to no avail. The error message says that Word is either
busy or cannot be found. When replying to email other than @yahoo.com there
is no problem loading Word and replying. Thanks in advance.

The article instructed me to install SP-2 and SP-3. This solved the problem.
