WORD won't work in different accounts

I'm new to Windows XP (Home), so bear with me. When I set up a second
"account" I ran into a problem with WORD 2002 (which came pre-loaded on my
new Gateway 500S computer). On the first account (Owner) WORD works great
and shows my name as being licensed (on the "About" screen)



On the second "account", WORD works sluggishly, hangs up, has crashed a
couple of times, and generally acts weird. Also, it does NOT show my name
as being licensed on the "About" screen.



Can someone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? Why shouldn't I be
able to use a properly functioning WORD 2002 on all accounts on the same
computer.
