Whenever I try to copy and paste text from an e-mail into a new Word document
Word just stops working (hourglass appears--and stays!). When I finally try
to close Word, I get the dialog box saying Word is no longer available (or
words to that effect) and to either "Cancel" or "End task (I
think)"--whichever I choose, nothing seems to happen--for 3 or 4 tries. Then
(eventually) I'm returned to my desktop... I know I used to be able to copy
and paste e-mail text quite easily in this way, so I'm wondering what's
happened. (Is it possible that our firewall or virus protection is involved?
Although I think we've had that protection for years...) Would surely
appreciate help with this.
