Word: working with English and Japanese

We installed Microsoft Language Register so that I can work in English
and Japanese with Word. When I am working with Word and when I go to
Apple button in top left corner, everything under the button is
displayed in Japanese. The same thing when I click on Word button.
Even when I print documents, the instructions are given in Japanese.
Does anyone know how to put it back to English? All I need is to
display Japanese and write in Japanese, but not turn everything into
Japanese.
