Word wrap doesn't. Why?

Outlook '07 on Windows XP ( Office 2007 professional)
One of my coworkers has me stumped with an issue. She works 2 days in one
office and 3 days in a different office. On her "away" system, her Outlook
does not wrap text within the window; typing continues until the ENTER key is
typed. I have tried to duplicate on several other stations by changing the
composing editor selection in Tools>Options, but cannot.

Any ideas or suggestions?
