Word wrap

Say I clip part of a message from Google Groups and want to re-post it
after adding to it in Word.

Does Word have a command that will snip the hard carriage returns so
that the only breaks come at a blank line?

Thanks

Try Copy | Paste | Paste Special and then if there is a problem still,
use Find and Replace.

When using find and replace click more and then special to get the paragraph
mark character. More than likely you will be replacing it with a space.

I normally replace 2 paragraph mark characters with a special character that
does not appear, I then search an replace all paragraph marks with space.
Finally I replace the special character with a paragraph mark. I then tidy
up by replacing double spaces with single space.
