Word X and vietnamese characters

Does anybody know how to get Word X display (latin-based) vietnamese
characters correctly? I have a Word document written in vietnamese that
can be read using Windows Office Word XP, but I cannot get it displayed
correctly with MAC Word X.
Any help is appreciated.

Word X is not capable of displaying all of the characters that are needed
for Vietnamese.

The next version of Word for Mac is rumoured to have proper Unicode support,
and so should be able to display your file, but there is no release date
yet.

You need to try another program, such as Nisus Writer Express:

Panther's TextEdit should also do the trick for Vietnamese.
