Any way you like. The files are compatible.
OK, there are one or two irritating mismatches, but you might go some
time before finding them.

Come back when something does not work, and people here will tell you
in more detail what to avoid.

The most common problem occurs when the Mac originator does not add ".doc"
to the file title. But as Elliott says, posting back with specific details
is the best way ahead.

Just don't tell the Windows computer user that it is from a Mac and it will
just work. The file format is not just "compatible", it's Identical. The
PC will never know it came from a Mac unless you tell it...
