Word X freezes in one account but not others

MSWord X freezes when used from one of several accounts on my OS X (10.3.7)
G-4 iMac. Word opens in the other accounts, however. Any ideas?

Delete that account. I'm serious; you could spend time trying to
figure out what the difference is, but why bother? You know that the
problem is confined to that account, so just migrate out of it. m.

Yeah....if you do want to spend the time, listed here are the standard
troubleshooting techniques. Checking add-ins, the prefs and the normal
template is fairly quick, and consistent reproducible problems are often as
simple as that, though not always.

After doing all the 'fixes', 10-12 hrs later it still did not work for
me, so i'm moving on to a new profile. I wish i hadn't wasted the
time...

Yeah. Sorry about that. The cause of that one can be "anything" and the
trouble-shooting techniques do not necessarily handle it (because we don't
know what causes it...)
