word X line & fill palettes blank

I'm having problems getting the palettes for the line & fill to
appear. This just happened within the past couple of weeks.

I have reinstalled Word X, hoping that would solve my problem, but it
did not. Does anyone know where those palettes are stored? Maybe if
I knew that I could get rid of the blank ones and re-install again.

Hi--

No one seems to have answered....? This isn't a familiar problem, so no
clue what could be causing it. All I can say is try the standard
troubleshooting steps, listed here.

Work through them one by one until something helps. If nothing does,
post back. The most common culprit is a corrupted Normal template or
damaged Preferences file.
