Word X prints blank pages after 10.1.8 update

I updated my Office X to 10.1.8 on two computers. One one everything is
fine, but on the other, Word X prints blank pages. Can't figure this
out. Any help appreciated! Thanks - Michelle

Hi Michelle -

Not enough info to be sure, but my first guess is that the 2 Macs are using
different printers and/or printer drivers. The problem system most likely
needs a driver update. Check the mfr's web site.

Otherwise let us know what version you up dated from, what version of OS X &
as much additional detail as you can.

Hi Michelle:

OK, some questions:

This is Word X, not Word 2004?

Are ALL the pages it prints blank, or only SOME of them? If only some,
which ones?

Is it all documents? New documents as well as old documents?

Colour printer, or black and white? Same printer for both machines? Or two
different printers? Is the printer driver on the local machine, or is there
a print server (in other words: is the printer directly attached to each
computer, or is the printer attached to one of the computers, or neither?)

If the printer is not directly attached to the machines, which machine is
bad? The one with the printer attached is good and the one with the remote
printer is bad?

It may help to remove the printer completely from the bad machine, then
re-create it.

Hope this helps
