WORD XP Chinese to English forever

my computer previously lived in a Chinese home and thus
likes to revert to Chinese all the time. I have changed
the Regional Language Settings, but the keyboard
continually comes up Chinese after I have removed it.
This affects my Word XP, my email and I can't seem to
find a way to keep it from changing back.

Does anyone know how to teach my computer that English is
good and Chinese won't work in this house???

Hi Ruscuzzy,

Try asking this in the word.international.features group,
or in the WINDOWS group appropriate for the version of
windows installed on this machine. (Technically, this is
not a Word problem.) Be sure to mention which version of
Windows is involved in this problem!
