Word XP crashes searching for Web Clipart

Office XP sp3. New installation, and all works well except Word 2002 will
crash everytime someone searches for ClipArt. The error indicates that
winword.exe caused an error in mso.dll. Office was uninstalled and
reinstalled. Same result.

If you remove internet access it will search and display the default images
just fine.

Disabled the firewall temporarily to rule out something there, same result.

Has anyone encountered this, are there any fixes?

I'm having the same problem. Sorry to be cheeky but have you found any fixes
yet?
