Hi
We currently have a general logon PC that everybody uses from time to
time it is running XP Pro SP2 and Office XP Small Business Edition;
users very often run mail merge from third party software on the
machine and this works fine apart for 2 users who everything they try
Word crashes stating that mso.dll is a faulting module. The 2 users
have recently been upgraded to Office 2007 on their own machines and
Folder redirection is enabled for Desktop, My Documents and
Application Data. I have tried removing folder redirection for
Application Data and recreating thier profiles but no luck. The usual
apply updates etc etc has been done but as it is only happening to 2
users I didn't expect this to work.
Any ideas.
Cheers
