Word XP Freezes up

I'm running Office XP on Win 98 OS. Evertime I open up
Word XP, and try to access ClipArt, it freezes and I have
to do a hard reboot. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
Is there an issues with 98 OS and Office XP?
