Word XP macros to run under Word 2000

Hello,

I have some macros that I wrote using Word XP, and now I want to send it to
a friend who is using Word 2000.

But I don't have access to any machine which has Word 2000 installed. Short
of installing Word 2000 on my own machine, how can I be sure that the macros
will run properly under Word 2000? And how can I find out what to modify if
they won't?

Really, the only way is to test on a copy of Word 2000. If your PC has
enough memory & disk space, you could use VirtualPC to create a virtual
machine on your computer and install Office 2000 there for test purposes.
