I am using Word XP to create a merge document with the INCLUDETEXT
field to include a letterhead in the merge.
The document that I want to include has a table. I am having 2
problems: the border lines appear after the merge even when they are
turned off in the original file, and some of the right-aligned text is
not right-aligned in the final merged document. I have not tried
setting it up as a bookmark and didn't know if that would make a
difference.
I have also tried creating the document in a text box and including
the file with the textbox into my document instead of the table. I
run into the problem of anchoring the textbox on the page so it does
not move and my letterhead is in the correct position.
I don't think I can put it in a header because some text will need to
go to the left of text I am inserting.
Any suggestions??
