I apologize for posting this to multiple groups, but I'm not exactly sure
where it belongs. I have a problem that seems to be happening
intermittintly with both new and old Word documents. This is happening at
all of my company's locations, so I know it isn't just an individual
computer or file being a problem.
The problem is you will have a file that looks like it is formated
correctly, the margins are all correct, however, when you print the document
you loose the bottom 1/4 of the page. It is simply blank. When you do a
print preview it also show the same thing (the bottome 1/4 of the page
gone). When you go back to the document after trying to print it, you will
always find that it has changed the botton margin to 2.67" and left the
others unchanged.
The odd thing is that someone else with the same computer and same setup
(our computers are ghosted from the same images or like models) will not
have a problem at all with the same document.
I'm at a total loss for a solution. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill
