I have a shared HP LJ4100 printer on a Windows 2003 Server. There are
roughly 7 people who print to the same printer. She is the only one
experiencing the issue.
One user has problems with documents where lines will not print. vertical,
underlines, doesn't seem to matter. If she reprints the document multiple
times it will eventually show up with the lines.
I have forcibly removed all HP drivers, replaced her computer (Note that I
carried over here profile), adjusted the server settings (although no one
else has reported the issue), and recreated her Normal.dot.
Is there some setting in Word I should try modifying?
