Word XP, Table>Convert>Text to Table, Table to text missing, help!

Hi,

It hasn't bothered me much till now.
But for a month or two the menu items under Table > Convert are
missing.

I just be a square when I move my mouse down to Convert.

I've tried a Detect and Repair, but it didn't fix it.

Help, how can I get them back?
