I have a user who is working on document. It will begin typing on its own:

........ the the the end the day
I have scanned for virus. No onw is connected remotely to the PC. It stopped
when I unplugged from the network. I know it is strange hoping someone has
had this happen to them, thanks for your help.

That is a very good question but she does not have a microphone. I did
shutdown the language bar as well.

ok...just a thought. some monitors have mics built in, so the user may
not be aware that it's even there.

Not only a microphone, but if you have the Speech Recognition installed and
enabled, noise from an attached modem will also trigger random typing.

: Gotcha. That certainly made sense.

Well I can tell you there is no microphone and there is no modem connected on
this computer, however it did have something to do with the language bar. I
hooked up a microphone to my computer and set it up. I get those same .......
before it fills in the words so it has to be something with that language
bar. Thanks for your help I never would have thought of the microphone
causing issues.
