When using an address from Outlook, when it is brought in
it comes in w/United States of America. Have tried the
Auto Text (address layout) and still cannot get the USA
to drop off. ??????
{<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME>}
{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>}
{<PR_STREET_ADDRESS>}
{<PR_CITY>}, {<PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE>}
{<PR_POSTAL_CODE>}

Hi Mandy,

All I can suggest is that you check what you have done against the
information at

http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/insword.htm#layout

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

You have obviously done something wrong here - and the most obvious clue is
Address Layout -which should not have a space! If you name it correctly, it
will pull in the fields that you require. You also have the curly brackets
in the wrong places:

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_STREET_ADDRESS>
}{<PR_CITY>}, {<PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE>
}{<PR_POSTAL_CODE>}

This assembly dows not pull in the country field, so if it is doing so, it
is because wither your data is oddly configured or you have not copied this
exactly.
