Word Zooms to 500%

Hi,

Have a users with Office 2003 and when they open word it default zooms to
500%. Even if they change it to 100% it immediately returns to 500%.

The user has deleted the normal.dot file and the problem still persists.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
