My Microsoft Word program has disappeared! I've looked everywhere for it-at
first I just thought I'd deleted the icon on my desktop, but it's not even on
my start menu or in the 'Add or Remove programs'. Can anyone tell me what's
going on?

Use Windows Search to search for winword.exe. When you find it, right-click
and choose Create Shortcut. Drag the shortcut to the desktop, Start menu,
Quick Launch toolbar, or wherever you want to use it.
