due to many errors, i had to put in the recovery disk and
start windows all over again. i have loaded the works
suite and when i try to use word i keep being asked to
put the productkey number in. no matter how many times i
do this i am told it is incorredt.
can any one help me.

 

[Works_and_Word]

Microsoft Word is not part of the Works suite. Works has
its own built-in word processor similar to but not as
powerful as Word.
You might have purchased Word separately or as part of
Microsoft Office, and if so, you'd have a CD key
different from your Works one for either of those
products.
