How do I get the page to be enlarged and fill the screen?
Also, is it possible to enlarge the font in the menus?

Hi Michael -

Re point #1 - Are you referring to the size of the document window itself or
the size of the document *within* the window?

If the former, grab the lower right corner & stretch the window to whatever
size you wish. The document will reopen at whatever size it was when the doc
was last saved.

If the latter, use the Zoom box on the Standard toolbar to zoom to whatever
degree of magnification you prefer or use the View> Zoom menu command. That
setting will be retained by the document as long as you make any sort of
editing change & save afterwards.

Re point #2 - The only way to change the size of the menu content is to set
your system's resolution to a lower level. There is no preference in the
program for that purpose nor does OS X provide a global setting.
