Processor: Intel

I installed the new Office/Word 2008 version on my macbook, and saved my first file. But now, whenever I save a file, the name of the first file I saved is default name that appears in the "save as" line. Anyone know how to eliminate this?
Thanks. Felix.

Hi Felix:

If a name already appears in the File>Save As dialog, that usually means
that is the name of the file you currently have open.

If you start with a new, blank document, the "Save As" dialog ought to offer
you "Document 1" as the name.

Otherwise, the first few characters of text in the document should appear.

Hope this helps
