Although it has absolutely nothing to do with any of the subjects in this
convoluted thread, select the image then apply the appropriate Text Wrapping
from the Format> Picture - Layout dialog or the Text Wrapping section of the
Formatting Palette. Alternatively, insert the image into the Header/Footer
layer of the document.

For future reference, please don't REPLY to other posts unless you have a
valid suggestion to offer on the subject of that post. Submit your issue as
a New Question & include complete OS & Office version information.

And you'll be more likely to get an expert response if you spend a
micro-second on choosing a better topic than just "Word" -- such as "picture
behind text" in your case -- because some of our experts only answer posts
where the subject is in their line of specialization.
