Is there an easy way to take an outline and turn it into paragraph form without retyping?
Thanks

It depends to a great extent on exactly what you're referring to as an
"outline" & how the document is actually structured :) Best case scenario
is to simply select the content, then use Format> Bullets & Numbering -
Outline Numbering to select None. There probably will still be some degree
of reformatting to be done.

If you're using Styles you can also change the Style of the various levels
in order to reformat the content. This is rather simple using either Find &
Replace or the Formatting Palette to substitute one style for another.

Without knowing more about the specific construction of the document it's
impossible to say whether either method will work for you - or if not, what
other approach may have to be taken.

BTW - In the future please don't "hijack" other threads :) Your question
has nothing to do with any of the content in this series of messages & quite
likely could have gone completely unnoticed. It's best to submit a NEW
message focusing on your specific issue. Use the REPLY option only if you
have a solution or responsible suggestion in response to the original
subject of the conversation.
