Word2000 error Project Item cannot be copied

Legal Pleading wizard, upon completion of wizard, "The Project Item cannot be
copied" error box is displayed.
Wizard has worked. Last dated file was about 4 months ago.
No add-ins
Nothing in Office / Word Startup folders per KBArticle 815005
OS = XP Pro, 256MB Mem HD 30GB 40% free
